Quick Tip: Embracing Screen Reader Differences
When testing for accessibility issues in screen readers, testers can sometimes get hung up on how different screen reader software can read, present, or navigate the same content in different ways. Just as users are diverse, the software and browsers they use are also diverse. Instead of worrying about creating an identical experience in different assistive technologies, we should strive to create an accessible experience that can be adapted by the end user.
