Here's everything that Apple announced today at its WWDC 2022 keynote.

Elon Musk threatened to terminate his deal to buy Twitter in a letter accusing the company of not complying with his request for data on the number of spam and fake accounts on the social-media platform. A Twitter spokesman said the company “will continue to cooperatively share information with Mr. Musk to consummate the transaction in accordance with the terms of the merger agreement.” He added: “We intend to close the transaction and enforce the merger agreement at the agreed price and terms.” He then committed hara-kiri, preferring nothingness to the endless loop that had become his life. AppOmni, a four-year-old, San Francisco-based SaaS security management software company that sells to security and IT teams, has raised $70 million in Series C funding led by Thoma Bravo. Earlier investors Scale Venture Partners, Salesforce Ventures, ClearSky and Costanoa Ventures also joined the round. TechCrunch has more here.

Go1, a seven-year-old, Brisbane, Australia-based maker of training software used by enterprises to educate and train their employees, says it raised $100 million last month at a $2 billion valuation co-led by AirTree Ventures and Five Sigma. Other backers in the round include SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Salesforce Ventures, Blue Cloud Ventures, Larsen Ventures, Scott Shleifer and John Curtius of Tiger Global, TEN13, M12, Madrona Venture Group, SEEK and Y Combinator. Insilico, an eight-year-old Hong Kong startup that is using AI to discover new drugs in areas such as fibrosis, immunology, oncology, and the central nervous system, raised a $60 million Series D round. The syndicate included an undisclosed asset management firm and BHR Investment, as well as previous investors Warburg Pincus, B Capital, Qiming Venture Partners, Bold Capital Partners, and Pavilion Capital. Let's Do This, a five-year-old, London-based endurance events marketplace, has raised $60 million in Series B funding co-led by Craft Ventures and Headline. Morpheus Ventures also joined the round, along with earlier backers EQT, NFX and Y Combinator. TechCrunch has more here.

Perimeter 81, a four-year-old Tel Aviv startup that provides cybersecurity for hybrid/remote workers, raised a $100 million round at a $1 billion valuation. The deal lead was B Capital; ION Crossover Ventures and previous investor Insight Partners also participated. The company has raised a total of $165 million. PYMNTS.com has more here.

Pintu, a two-year-old, Jakarta, Indonesia-based crypto assets platform and app, has raised $113 million in Series B funding from Intudo Ventures, Lightspeed, Northstart Group and Pantera Capital. TechCrunch has more here.

Religion of Sports, a five-year-old, Santa Monica, Ca.-based startup co-founded by quarterback Tom Brady that produces sports video content and NFTs, raised a $50 million Series B round led by Shamrock Capital, with additional capital supplied by Elysian Park Ventures and Cerro Capital. Resilience, a two-year-old startup based in La Jolla, Ca., that manufactures biologics, vaccines, nucleic acids and cell and gene therapies, announced that it raised a $625 million Series D round, as well as a previously undisclosed $600 million Series C financing completed in August 2021. Investors included 8VC, Lux Capital, Arch Venture Partners, GV, Applied Ventures, Catalio Capital Management, and Raptor Group, among others. Endpoints News has more here.

Transition Bio, a two-year-old startup that says it's developing one-of-a-kind technologies for biomolecular condensate analysis, has raised $50 million in Series A funding led by Northpond Ventures, with additional participation from Taiho Ventures, Bristol Myers Squibb, Magnetic Ventures, and Lifeforce Capital. Vayyar Imaging, an 11-year-old, Yehud, Israel-based company that has developed 4D radar imaging technology, has raised $108 million in Series E funding led by Koch Disruptive Technologies in a round that brings the company's total funding to more than $300 million. TechCrunch has more here.

Agrotools, a 15-year-old, São Paulo, Brazil-based intelligence company for agribusinesses, raised $21 million in funding from a long list of individual investors. TechCrunch has more here.

Magical, a one-year-old Los Angeles-based robotic process automation startup that’s designed to move data across websites and web apps with a few keystrokes, raised $35 million in Series A funding led by Coatue, with Greylock, Bain, Lightspeed Capital, SV Angels, and Blank Ventures also chipping in. Opal, a three-year-old San Francisco startup that automatically analyzes and removes access to databases based on its knowledge of a company's systems, raised a $10 million Series A round led by Greylock. The company has raised a total of $11.8 million. TechCrunch has more here.

Orange Health, a two-year-old Bangalore startup that intends to build India’s fastest diagnostic lab, raised a $25 million Series B round co-led by Bertelsmann India and General Catalyst, with additional participation from Accel, Y Combinator, Good Capital, and Uncorrelated Capital. Watchmaker Genomics, a three-year-old startup based in Boulder, Co., that intends to enable breakthrough applications for reading, writing, and editing DNA, raised a $40 million Series A round led by Decheng Capital; Eclipse Ventures also pitched in. Indica, a four-year-old Lagos, Nigeria startup that offers lenders credit scoring and bank sentiment analysis for Africa's underserved consumer class, raised a $3 million seed round. Target Global led the deal with additional participation from Greycroft and RV Ventures. The company has raised a total of $7.2 million. TechCrunch has more here.

Modak, a Bogota, Colombia-based web 3 startup that provides investment, mentoring, and community to teens who are interested in content creation or starting a business, raised a $5.3 million seed round led by GGV Capital, with additional funds provided by Monashees, MAYA Capital, Nazca Ventures, and ONEVC. Prometheus Materials, a one-year-old startup based in Boulder, Co., that says that it produces a cement that generates approximately 90% less carbon dioxide than existing cements, raised an $8 million Series A round led by Sofinnova Partners. TechCrunch has more here.

Seafood Reboot, a one-year-old Paris startup that claims to be developing the next generation of plant-based seafood products, raised a €3.2 million pre-seed round led by Demeter Partners; additional participants in the round included SENSEII Ventures, Founders Future Good, and Beyond Impact. f7 Ventures, a three-year-old venture firm whose initial seven founders met one another at Facebook, has raised $50 million for a new venture fund that is backed by Sheryl Sandberg and her fiance, Tom Bernthal. Other backers in the fund include Paris Hilton, Andrew Bosworth, Justin Kan, SoftBank, JPMorgan, Insight Partners, Anthemis Group, Espresso Capital and Verdis Investment Management. The outfit focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage companies that are centered around the future of work, mental and physical health, and connected communities. TechCrunch has more here.

Qiming Venture Partners USA, a five-year-old, Seattle-based, healthcare-focused venture capital affiliate of Shanghai-based Qiming Venture Partners, has raised $260 million for its third fund. Isaac Ciechanover, a one-time biotech entrepreneur who’s held several venture capital gigs, will join Gary Rieschel, Mark McDade, Anna French and Colin Walsh as a partner in the new fund. Endpoints News has more here.

Based in New York and founded in 2018 by former Amazon employee Albert Saniger, venture-backed Nate describes itself as an AI startups whose app allows iPhone shoppers to make a purchase from any retailer’s website with a couple of taps, “like magic."
