He invested millions into building a real life Willy Wonka factory and the video is going viral with over 49M views now.
He’s one of the most ambitious content creators on the planet. I have a lot of respect for his style.

Time and time again, growing from 200 employees to 2,000 doesn’t seem to 10x your productivity as a company.  In fact, sometimes it doesn’t even 1x your productivity.

Make sure your team can mentor employees as fast as you hire them.
