More and more, our stationary electronics, like controller chargers, NAS units, and external hard drives, are becoming an eyesore. Not from the look of the devices, mind you, but from the blazingly bright LEDs manufacturers put in them. There’s nothing worse than turning the lights down low to watch a movie only to have your vision bombarded by blue LEDs from your game controllers.

Thankfully, there’s an easy and inexpensive solution. And it’s NOT duct tape (or electrical tape, or post-it notes). LightDims are stickers that dim the lights on your electronics. After all, you still need to see your LEDs to know your stuff is working, so reducing the glare makes for a better solution. If you find one sticker didn’t do the trick, slap another over it. You’ll get plenty of stickers in several shapes and sizes.
