Hi Reader,

What do you need right now?

If you don’t know the answer, that’s okay!

That’s really normal.
Just asking the question always gets you closer to the answer! 🙏

I always draw inspiration from this Rainer Maria Rilke quote:

“The point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.”

I think that he had the big-picture life questions in mind, but giving more importance to the questions helps for these smaller, in-the-moment self care questions, too.

Having the awareness to ask yourself what you need is so important, because if you don’t ask, the answer will probably be elusive.

Plus, our needs are constantly changing - another reason to keep checking in regularly!

Today You might really need a laid back patio hang, but Tomorrow You might need a solo meditation break or just a quiet nap.

The good news is: the more you ask, the more answers you will find, and your self care gets to be messy and imperfect.

(Spoiler: as humans, our only option is to do things imperfectly. What a relief to not have to be perfect!)
