Every week I send out a free summary of the week’s best new blockchain and cryptocurrency jobs to help you find the perfect opportunity to join a team and build our decentralized future. I hope you’re all well and keeping safe in the markets. Over the past few weeks, there have been headlines about the crypto job market: hiring freezes, mass layoffs at Coinbase, Crypto.com and others. But, it’s not all doom and gloom. This crypto winter is different. Teams are well-funded, and they are continuing to build and hire. I’ve been in touch with about 30 teams to better understand what’s happening. A few teams have implemented hiring freezes, and some are reviewing their hiring needs for the year, but for many, it’s business as usual. Nothing has fundamentally changed.
