​My philosophy for a happy life | Sam Berns | TEDxMidAtlantic. This video hit me really hard. Despite some tears, it was exactly the reset I needed. This kid is a total stud. Just watch it, and do not rush. Also, do *not* read the description beforehand, only afterward.

What I’m watching

​Wind River (Amazon, YouTube), written and directed by the incredible Taylor Sheridan, co-creator of Yellowstone. This is an excellent but very dark movie. It received a lengthy eight-minute standing ovation at the end of its premiere in the Un Certain Regard competition of the Cannes film festival. Description: “A chilling murder mystery set in the icy backwoods of a Native American Reservation, starring Elizabeth Olsen and Jeremy Renner (@JeremyRenner).” You can find the trailer here. Not suitable for family viewing.
