Q/A ☕️

What is your favorite item in your workspace?

I don't have too many items... So my favorite has gotta be my dog, Demi. Since I work from home so much, it's nice to have a friend sitting by my side, who reminds me to go on a walk every now and then.

How do you spark creativity?

Sit down and write. Jotting down my thoughts and ideas on a piece of paper (or blank Google doc) can help me visualize plans for the future and execute projects I want to get done. It all starts with writing!

How do you manage work-life balance?

I work a lot, but work never comes first. I'm lucky to be able own my schedule and work on my own projects full time. 

When it comes to work-life balance, I often think about Parkinson's law, an adage that "work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion."

In other words, I'll probably get the same amount of work done in a 40-hour week vs. an 80-hour week.
