4. "I'll likely stay at [insert company] for longer. Employees were also more loyal in these 4 day week studies".
5. "I'll be happier & more motivated at work. This has many positive knock on effects".
6. "I'll have more time to upskill - you'll get a better version of myself".
7. "It'll be better for the environment. Reducing working time by 1% has been shown to reduce greenhouse emissions by 0.8% e.g. less travel, consumption etc".
