CAMP4 Therapeutics, a six-year-old, Cambridge, Ma.-based biotechn company using RNA to restore protein expression, has raised $100 million in Series B funding. Enavate Sciences led the round, joined by Gaingels, 5AM Ventures, Polaris Partners, Northpond Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, The Kraft Group, and others. FierceBiotech has more here.

Contentsquare, a 10-year-old, Paris-based platform that allows businesses to track online customer behavior to inform digital strategies, has raised $400 million in equity and $200 million in debt. Sixth Street Growth led the round. TechCrunch has more here.

Crunchbase, a 15-year-old, San Francisco-based business information platform, has raised $50 million in Series D funding. Alignment Growth led the round, joined by earlier backers OMERS Ventures, Mayfield, and Emergence Capital. Sanctuary Wealth, a four-year-old, Indianapolis, In.-based platform for financial advisors, has raised $175 million in funding from Kennedy Lewis Investment Management, a New York-based financial-services and credit management firm. Barron's has more here.

Auron Therapeutics, a four-year-old, Wellesley, Ma.-based biotech that’s developing new cancer therapies to target dysregulated differentiation and cellular plasticity, has raised $48 million in Series A funding led by DCVC. Charles, a three-year-old, Berlin-based conversational commerce startup, has raised $20 million in Series A funding led by Salesforce Ventures, with participation from Accel and HV Capital. This follows a $6.5 million seed round of funding it raised last year. TechCrunch has more here.

Healthie, a six-year-old, New York-based software company that helps healthcare companies and startups handle their back-office operations, has raised $16 million in Series A funding. Intelligent City, a 14-year-old Vancouver-based proptech applying automation and robotics to the design and construction of prefabricated mass timber buildings, has raised $17 million in Series A funding. Optic, a five-month-old San Francisco startup that uses AI to authenticate non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and whose founder spent roughly 14 years collectively at Google and YouTube, has raised $11 million in seed funding led by Kleiner Perkins and Pantera Capital. Other investors in the round included Lattice Capital, OpenSea, Circle, Polygon, CoinDCX, Neon DAO and Flamingo DAO, among others. Coindesk has more here.

Priori Legal, a 9.5-year-old, New York-based legal marketplace for in-house legal teams, has raised $15 million in extended Series A funding led by Eagle Proprietary Investments, with Thomson Reuters Ventures, The LegalTechFund, Thirty Five Ventures, and numerous other backers participating. Business Insider has more here.
