REVIEW Live A Live — This 90s Squaresoft epic is getting its moment to shine once again with a global release and the HD-2D treatment. It's described here as a "timeless epic". However, Chris Karnadi writing for Polygon notes how its admirable in its ambition (telling all of human history in one narrative), but ultimately falls short as the "characters are too flimsy to hold the weight". Sure does look pretty though. James Daly // Gaming Bible ▶ How hot can a Nintendo Switch get before it shuts off? — It's been hot, so hot in fact that Nintendo recently issued guidance on what to expect of your Switch in such high temperatures. Only last week I booted up my Switch in 38 celsius (100F) heat, and yeah, it wasn't happy about it... This video digs in a little more. Wulff Den // YouTube REVIEW Omori — "If you’re looking for a funny, sad, creepy, and downright disorienting RPG adventure, Omori is something you won’t want to miss.". Mitch Vogel // Nintendo Life REVIEW Endling: Extinction is Forever — Side-scrolling adventure with "a nuanced, beautiful, and tragic story" to back up its environmental message. Benjamin Hayhoe // NME Into the Breach, one of the Switch’s best strategy games, just got even better — This excellent 2018 hit just got a free new update with plenty to be excited about. This game is great — I've revisited this week and yup, still well worth checking out if you ain't before. Dom Peppiatt // VG247 PREVIEW 'Ex-Zodiac' is the Star Fox throwback you wish Nintendo would make William Nelson // Nintendo Life
