REVIEW Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes — This new musou games "feels much more like a mainline entry in the franchise than a spinoff" and is described as by "far and away the most ambitious 'Warriors' game ever made, and so much of that ambition pays off in phenomenal ways". High praise indeed. Digital Foundry have also carried out their usual technical analysis on this one, comparing it to the earlier Warriors game, Age of Calamity.

It's not really the sorta thing I'm in too, but this seems like it's doing some interesting new things, and has fleshed out the narrative side of things. Reviewed really well across the board. ▶ Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Direct — Not the Direct we were expecting, but hey — here's 25 minutes going through what to expect from the next entry in Monolith Soft's action role-playing series. With the game launching so soon (next month) I know many opted to skip watching this one for fear of spoilers. One thing of particular note: the game is getting DLC next year.

Roe v. Wade reversal hurts game developers — How the reversal of abortion rights in the United States' will impact the gaming industry. Several studios have spoken out on this highly emotive matter — From what I can gather Nintendo have not yet made comment. I reached out to Nintendo for their word, but did not hear back in time for publication.
