OK, whew: Where to even begin here? Aside from looking grungier than ever, Timmy's once again teaming up with Luca Guadagnino, who directed Chalamet and his co-star Armie Hammer in 2017's unrequited romance Call Me By Your Name. In an incredibly ironic twist of fate, Timothée signed on to this movie, about cannibal lovers(!!), right around the same time that Hammer was... accused of having IRL cannibalistic tendencies himself. Truly, you can't make this sh*t up. Between this movie, which is called Bones and All, the Showtime series Yellowjackets, the film Fresh, and Ottessa Moshfegh's novel Lapvona, cannibalism's become such a common theme that the New York Times published a trend piece this past week. Like I said: Whew. Now, who's ready for Cannibal Girl Fall?
