🏹 Robinhood slashes Ziglu offer. As the crypto winter takes hold, US retail investing giant Robinhood has cut its offer to acquire British crypto exchange app Ziglu from $170m to $72.5m. That means some Ziglu investors will lose 40% on their original investment, with one saying the startup's directors “should be ashamed” for accepting the revised deal.

🖥 Microverse doubles valuation with Series A extension. The remote coding school has announced a $4m extension of its 2021 $12.5m Series A round, as it looks to double its team to meet the demands of students. But can it cut through the noise of all the free online resources out there?

💸 Payments startup Super raises £22.5m. The fintech has emerged from stealth with a sizeable war chest in tow and Funding Circle cofounder Samir Desai at the helm. It's launching an online checkout option similar to Klarna and PayPal, but instead of charging merchants transaction fees it'll take a commission if there's an increase in sales. It also counts an impressive roster of VCs on its cap table. The round was led by Accel and featured Union Square Ventures, LocalGlobe and a number of angels.

🧠 How to support your team’s mental health. With 87% of startup employees experiencing mental health problems because of work — and less than half not feeling supported — Sifted spoke to the founders of mental health platform Teale to find out what startup leaders can do to help struggling staff.

✈️ Meet the travel superapp hopeful. After totally collapsing during the pandemic the travel industry has bounced back, and established startups like TravelPerk and Omio have already bagged hefty raises this year. But cogs are whirring at the earlier stages too, and Sifted spoke to all-in-one travel platform Lambus to find out how it plans to outdo the incumbents.
