Like many web developers I started my career in tech with PHP back in the day, and it's still a super popular language. A lot of people asked me to write about PHP so this series is my "take" on it.

New series and Handbooks

The thing I'm working on now is a new series on the Go programming language. 

It's one of my favorite languages for many reasons, since I first learned it back in 2017. It's simple yet powerful, and quite peculiar. 

This will also be a PDF & ePub handbook on The Valley of Code, which is the new website that hosts my handbooks.

I have so many other series planned, focusing on other programming languages as well.

I also plan to do a series on Laravel in the future, which I think it's the preferred way to work with PHP these days.

Bootcamp

Last week was the last week of the 2022 edition of my yearly Web Development BOOTCAMP.

This is the course that moves you from zero, or beginner knowledge, to become a Web Developer that knows how to use the tools and the fundamentals that shape our industry.

This was the 3rd cohort, and I'm already at work planning the next cohort. Every year the bootcamp is different because I learn new things  about what works better from the previous editions, and as tech evolves fast, so does my teaching methodology.

The next edition will take place in January 2023, you can sign up to the waiting list to be part of it!

Masterclass

But before the next edition of the bootcamp, I'm planning the 2022 JavaScript Masterclass.

This is the 2nd edition of the Masterclass and I plan to launch it in November.

This course focuses 100% on JavaScript. If you don't know JavaScript at all, or you want to become a better JavaScript developer, this is for you. We'll go really deep into the language and I'll help you become a real JavaScript PRO.
