• 1. You'll complete our Mastermind Matching Application. It takes about 10 minutes to complete.
   
• 2. Then, we'll work our magic (i.e. our proprietary process) to match you up with between 2-5 like-minded founders, who are at a similar business stage as you.  
  
  To do this, we focus on a number of key data points and applicant narrative responses to get a feel for each entrepreneur’s experience level, expectations, work and personality styles, and other key criteria that allows us to make informed matches. 
  
  These key data points include: 
  • Location 
  • Time zone 
  • Language 
  • Experience Level
  • Goals 
  • Skill Set
  • ARR / MRR 
  • Team Size 
  • Industry served 
     
• 3. Then, a real-life human reviews every single application and mastermind group. 
   
• 4. Within 2 weeks of the application period closing, we will email you with an introduction, a startup guide, some recommendations on how to begin your first meeting, and a few extra tools that will make it easier for you to start solving the world’s (okay. maybe just your own) problems.

 
So, how much does it cost? 

We price our Mastermind Matching Service Application based on your self-reported annual revenue.  
 

• Pre-revenue - $10,000 ARR = $250
• $10,001 - $100,000 ARR = $300
• $100,000 - $250,000 = $350
• $250,001 - $1M ARR = $400
• $1M+ = $500
   

Our aim is for buy-in.  If you apply, you should be committed to this process.  As a result, we will not offer refunds unless we are unable to match you into a group (and we will offer to retry next application period if we cannot).
 
If you quit, are unresponsive, or are otherwise not committed to joining a mastermind, we will keep your money and buy the other members of your group coffee, on you.

Q: Is a mastermind right for me? 
Almost any entrepreneur can benefit from joining a mastermind if they have the right mindset. If you are looking to grow your business or extra accountability, we'd encourage you to apply. 

Q: I run 2 or more businesses. Which mastermind application should I complete? 
The answer is it depends. Every round, we have a handful of founders running multiple businesses.

For instance, if you are an agency owner launching your first SaaS business and it is pre-revenue, we strongly encourage you to sign up for the prerevenue mastermind.  

If you have multiple SaaS businesses with one bringing in revenue and one or more that are pre-revenue, we'd encourage you to fill out the mastermind application for the business you are focused on at the moment. 

Q: Do you match non-US-based entrepreneurs? 
Absolutely! To date, we've matched entrepreneurs on every continent except Antarctica and across 20 different time zones. 

Q: What happens if you can’t find a suitable mastermind for me? 
In the unlikely event, we can’t find a suitable mastermind for you, you can either choose to be added back into the next matching pool or get a full refund.  
Q: I don’t like my mastermind group. Will you rematch me for free? 
Yes! We’ll rematch you with a new mastermind as soon as a suitable fit becomes available. The average time to be rematched is ~4-8 weeks. 

Q: I got matched with a direct competitor. Will you rematch me? 
We go through extensive lengths to make sure we don't pair up direct competitors. However, if something fell through the cracks, just send us an email at support@microconf.com. We'll re-match you right away.
