SEO Chatter - Profile creation sites for backlinks

There's a lot junk on the Internet about SEO. And one of my goals with SEO Chatter is to weed out misinformation and spammy stuff so you can actually have success with your business.

Case in point:

When I was doing research for today's blog post: 35 free profile creation sites, there were tons of websites on Google that promised lists with 300, 700, 949, and even 1,400+ sites for creating profile backlinks.

But after further inspection, those sites were just copying each other's lists without doing any review of the links.

Most of the so-called profile creation sites on those lists were either not working, pointing to sites that don't have user profiles, or were being used as a gateway to redirect users to fake spammy sites.

In the end, I could only find 35 quality sites for creating profiles to generate good backlinks to your website to get better recognition for your business.
