💼 Opportunities

🔮 Our Analysis
As with most budding industries, the novelty of the rideshare industry brings with it new pain points and therefore business opportunities. In particular, Gridwise is addressing the challenges rideshare drivers experience with its app. With free features that provide drivers the ability to track income and mileage, compare rideshare services, and compare locations based on earnings, and paid features like unlimited event tracking and 24-hour airport tracking, the app is building a comprehensive solution for drivers to turn their gig into a business, all from their phone. Moreover, the company is demonstrating viability with adjacent services, such as in-app advertising, anonymized gig mobility data, and resources for drivers. Gridwise is uniquely positioned to provide these services; its scale gives it an advantage over other third-party apps, and its app-agnostic approach gives it a distinct average over built-in rideshare app features. All signs are pointing to a successful future for the company, and we’re excited for the ride.
