Museum tours. Crowded with tons of competitors.
Nobody wants to start a business in this space.
Nobody but Nick Gray.
He even managed to charge 10x and get tons of customers.
How?
1. Instead of the typical academic flow of boring information he started to tell short, interesting, “wow” stories you never knew.
1.2. The stories were so good that people were retelling them to their friends, turning their friends into new customers for Nick.
2. He encouraged customers to drink alcohol during the tour, like you’re at a party.
3. He moved 2-3 times faster than regular museum tours.
4. He focused on an audience that are not "museum people" and positioned this event as 2 hours of fun.
5. He finished the tour fast and on a high note.
