RFC: File System-Based Native Routing with Expo and React Native

"Since April 2021, Iā€™ve been working on a new cross-platform router that generates nested navigation and deep links based entirely on the projectā€™s file structure. The concept of a file system-based router is not new to web developers (PHP, Next.js, etc.), but it is brand new to mobile development. By bringing this foundational paradigm to mobile, we move much closer to matching the discoverability, and scalability of websites in native apps."

Announcing Ignite 8.0: ā€œMaverickā€

"Ignite is Infinite Redā€™s battle-tested React Native project starter kit / boilerplate, along with a CLI, component/model generators, and more. We like to say it cuts two to three weeks or more of development time off the front of a project. Itā€™s been in continuous development since early 2016 and is the most widely-used project boilerplate for serious React Native apps worldwide."

Introducing Legend-State: The fastest React state library with a really nice API

Interesting post on r/reactnative about a new state library that "beats every other React state library in the benchmark on just about every metric and is so optimized for arrays that it even beats vanilla JS on the "swap" and "replace all rows" benchmarks. And itā€™s only 3kb, so it should give you big savings in file size too."
