This week, we’re looking my top three people to follow on Twitter. Twitter can be a cesspool but, I’ve found, with careful curation, that it’s an enjoyable medium to follow. In the early days of microblogging, I would follow anyone and everyone Twitter. Not only was that awful for my mental health, it took forever to catch up every day. I decided to whittle down and curate my follow list. Now, I only follow people I truly enjoy and very rarely add new folks. Of the many millions of people on Twitter, I actively follow 54. That’s it. Some of them are friends, many are strangers. I enjoy the information shared by all of them. I see Twitter as a way to keep myself both informed and entertained. I want to learn new things and stay up on topics of conversation I care about.
