Not every Swiftie is happy about Taylor Swift’s upcoming Eras Tour. While the majority of fans are rushing to get Verified Fan status on Ticketmaster and opening up Capital One credit cards in order to get presale access, one specific demographic has been left out of the fun: observant Jewish Swifties.

Every date on the Eras Tour, save for one in Arlington, Texas, falls on either a Friday or Saturday night. This means that nearly every show falls on Shabbat, a day of rest on which observant Jewish people cannot, for example, drive to a concert. Shabbat goes from just before sundown on Friday until after sundown on Saturday, meaning that Friday shows are completely out of the picture for Jewish fans, and a Saturday show would require a mad dash to the stadium.

Allyship win! “King” Charles was a loud and proud member of the Highgrove LGBTQIA+ community, as a sarcastic, mean-spirited joke, for the length of it took him to say, “I might be gay” while rebuffing the advances of his wife Princess Diana sometime between 1984 and 1992, when the couple separated.

In the upcoming biography called The King: The Life of Charles III (per Page Six, duh), author Christopher Anderson writes that one of Charles’ personal footmen recalls Diana “hurling epithets and mocking her husband’s obsession with the dreary-looking Camilla.” The source watched as Diana followed Charles “down hallways, up staircases and from room to room” in their home, begging the future King to have sex with her. Page Six is reporting on a “NSFW text” that Jeffrey Garten, the purported CIA strongman and grilled cheese absolutist, intended to send to his beloved bride/my Barefoot Contessa Ina Garten. By mistake, though, he sent the text to Ina’s “publicist and longtime friend” Kristina Felix.

I find that poetry helps in times of sorrow. And you know what else helps? An ironclad prenup, particularly if you somehow have more money than your also-filthy-rich husband. According to a Page Six source, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen had this sort of prenup, and its happy existence is what allowed for their swift separation.

The embattled actor will play a part in Rihanna's annual production

Johnny Depp has been everywhere lately, whether it’s looking like a damn ghoul while on tour with Jeff Beck or looking like a damn goblin while on tour with Jeff Beck. The two are currently traveling together playing music from their 2022 joint album called 18, featuring an illustrated album cover depicting two men who look nothing like the men singing on the record. Earlier this year, Depp also appeared inside a holographic Moon Man at the VMAs and wrapped various movie projects. Now, TMZ reports that Depp will be the first man featured in this year’s Savage X Fenty show as one of the evening’s “star” moments (scare quotes theirs).

Everything has been looking up for the actor, who spent the majority of his recent multi-week defamation trial against Amber Heard complaining that the actress’s abuse allegations against him cost him plenty of work, including another Pirates movie. Depp eventually won the suit and has since been focusing on his slow but steady but also embarrassing comeback. That the entertainment industry — especially the parts of it designed to appeal to the under-30s (first of all, how many zoomers are listening to Jeff Beck?) — has been hellbent on reviving Depp’s career and re-establishing his role as a sex symbol, is a massive fucking bummer.
