We invest in the startups that turn fax machine using companies into... auto-text-when-your- service-is-done companies.

In the future, all small businesses will be tech-enabled. We invest in the startups that will power the evolution of small businesses and investing.

The way small business works is about to do a 180.

We’ve invested in 100s of small businesses and noticed one trend as the next-gen takes over: tech is coming.

We don’t want to just own the laundromats, cleaning companies, and car washes of the world; we want to own the companies that take them from writing your invoice on a sticky note, to automated invoices.

While the crowds are focused on Web3, metaverse, etc. we obsess on traditional businesses making it big with tech. We’re not competing with the big boys in Silicon Valley, we’re doing boring business investing on steroids. No FOMO, all focus.

What Companies Have We Invested in To Date:

• ​Here.co: enables fractionalized investing in high growth area vacation rentals, consistently launch and sell out of new listings same day or week.
• ​Beehiiv: platform to enable newsletter subscriptions, ads and referrals (former Morning Brew tech team with a list of other powerful investors)
• ​Ladder: workout and training app that has 2x’d growth and hit more than 7 figures of revenue in 1 year.
• ​Postpilot: automated and intelligent direct mail software, they will do over $7M in ARR this year. We already sit at a nice increase in valuation.
• ​Nuvocargo: logistics simplification for shipping and ports between the US and Latam, valued at over $250MM.
• ​Blindspot: automated digital billboard advertising platform, received preferential valuation they’re very close to profitability.

Quick notes for investors :

1. You must be accredited
2. 20% net carry: carry earned only if the fund is profitable
3. The minimum Commitment is $50k over 2 years but you will only be prompted for 50% of your investment upfront
4. Need your response by December 2nd, or when the rest of our allocation is filled, whichever comes first.

Venture capital can be a lucrative, but long term game. We’re looking for long term people.
