What is your favorite item in your workspace?
reMarkable 2 for offline focused work

How do you spark creativity?
Doing a spot of gardening outside and finding problems there to sort, small things daily has recently helped to feel more mindful.

How do you manage work-life balance?
We have a 2 year old, so work-life balance is all over the place. But the key things that help is working a-sync with the team, taking rests and working in a coffee shop.
