What I’m doing over the weekend

​2022 Past Year Review. I’m sometimes asked how I approach New Year’s resolutions. The truth is that I no longer approach them at all, even though I did for decades. Why? I have found “past year reviews” (PYR) more informed, valuable, and actionable than half-blindly looking forward. Here’s the step-by-step process I follow.

“The Most Vicious Heavyweight In History - Jack Dempsey.”

You can complement this edition of 5-Bullet Friday with “fear-setting,” an exercise I do at least once a quarter, often once a month. It is the most powerful exercise I do. My TED talk gives you an overview, and the text here provides more detail, step-by-step instructions, and real-world examples.
