Sunday Thinking

Old leadership ideals have left far too many out for far too long because we've been conditioned to assume that the loudest, most opinionated, and most domineering people are the natural leaders.

Good leaders don't walk into a room and say: Here I am! They walk in and say: There you are.
Strong leaders aren't those who shut others down with their bravado ― but those who draw others out with their curiosity.
The best leaders don't dominate conversations, they curate conversations.

The quiet one in the room is often the best leader.

III. Trusting Your Journey

Trusting our new path(s) takes courage and self-belief. When we dig deeper into the soil of grateful living, we uncover the root of our lives.
