With the recent slight rebound in the NFT market, the popular Memeland’s Captain NFT project “The Captainz” was a hit with the market, completing the sale in 12 minutes and receiving over 15,000 deposits even though only 9,999 addresses could be successfully minted. The team behind Memeland is 9GAG, a company founded in 2008 that allows users to upload and share user-created images on 9GAG.
