1. Campaign details: The contract should clearly outline the details of the campaign, including the campaign's goals, target audience, and any specific deliverables required from the creator. This will help to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of what is expected
   
   
2. Compensation: The contract should specify how the creator will be compensated for their participation in the campaign. This should include the fee for their services, as well as any bonuses or incentives that may be offered. Additionally, it should be clear if the compensation is fixed or based on performance, and what metrics will be used to measure performance. It's also important to define when the payment will be sent.
   
   
3. Duration and exclusivity: The contract should specify the duration of the campaign and whether or not the creator will be required to work exclusively with your brand. This is typically a sticking point with creators so tread lightly with how strict your policy is on exclusivity.
   
   
4. Intellectual Property: The contract should state who owns the rights to any content created as part of the campaign, and how it can be used by both parties. It is important to also specify how long the company or the Creator are allowed to use the content and if the Creator have the rights to use the content after the campaign.
   
   
5. Disclosure: The contract should include a provision requiring the creator to disclose their relationship with your brand, in compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. This will help to ensure that the campaign is transparent and that the creator's followers are aware that they are being paid to promote your products or services.
   
   
6. Termination clause: The contract should include a termination clause that outlines the conditions under which either party can terminate the agreement. This will provide protection for both parties in case the campaign is not meeting expectations or if there are other issues that arise.
   
   
7. Confidentiality: The contract should include a confidentiality clause that prevents the creator from disclosing any confidential information about your brand or the campaign to third parties.
   
   
8. Governing law: The contract should specify the governing law for the agreement, which will determine which court has jurisdiction in case of a dispute.
