• Help with contracts, etc.: Kurt is figuring out his purchase documents and sales agreement and could use some help from y’all.

• 1st time deal review: Martin is interested in a one-person reselling business from local craftspeople with a $170k asking price
• Looking to scale: Jing found a commercial floor cleaning business that's ready to scale for a deal that could use your review!
• Preschool Daycare advice: Amit is looking for anyone with experience in this industry for what to look out for. EBITDA multiples? Due diligence items? Give some input if you can!

• Accountability Activity: From the call last night 3/14, there was no recording as we did multiple breakout groups where we discussed sticking points, and issues, and came up with an accountability statement! If you were on the call (and even if you were not), make sure you add your accountability statement to this thread here! As a reminder, it followed the following prompt: "I will reach out to 'x' businesses by 'x' date. I will have submitted an LOI to one of those businesses by 'x' date. I will have finished my acquisition by 'x' date." If you are not looking to buy a business, you can say something like: "I want to have 'x' done by 'x' date using x mechanism!"
