So much has been happening in the "niche" digital marketing world lately that I decided to try something new.

I've decided to release an episode each Friday of the Niche Pursuits Podcast to highlight the most recent online marketing news, stories, shiny objects, and interesting niches we've found.

This 3 year, 5 month old tools site has just been added to the marketplace. The site is currently monetized via Amazon, making an average of $270 per month and already has 120 articles live.

An estimated 63% of its ranking keywords target informational intent. So, the new owner can focus on editing and updating existing content to grow organic traffic. There are also lots of opportunities to expand into other affiliate programs in this niche and fix 18 existing, missing affiliate tags on the site.

This 2 year, 9 month old horror site has also just been added to the marketplace. The site has a whopping 2420 articles live driving over 75,000 monthly visitors. And the site makes an average of $547 per month from Ezoic ads.

The top 10 keywords have been on a mostly upwards trend over the past year and the site has some links from high authority entertainment sites. The sale also includes some solid social channels. The existing site is not evergreen though, so the new owner can focus on evolving the content strategy.

This 1 year, 11 months old fitness site is making an average of $61 per month from Amazon and Adsense. The site has 75 posts live and the top 10 keywords are on a mostly upwards trend over the past year.

An estimated 81% of the currently ranking keywords target an informational intent. And around 50% of traffic goes to 2 pages. So the new owner can focus on adding some more affiliate-focused content and adding more info targeting low competition, high traffic topics to increase traffic to the site.
