WiderFunnel had a goal to increase order completions for their client Telestream.

They managed to increase this KPI by 26%.

Here's how:

A. Changed the original background to an image of a smiling girl using the product.

B. Featured the same girl, but emphasized the product and its interface.

Here's how the A/B test looked:



Results:
Variation A increased order completions by 11%.
Variation B - by 26%.
