Hey Cashflow crew!

As many of you know, I (Ahrif Sarumi) joined the Cashflow community about a month ago. Since joining, I’ve had the pleasure of creating this weekly newsletter and I wanted to share a quick note.

I’m so impressed with the quality of members and conversations happing in the community. I’m also inspired by the wins I’ve seen, the deals that have been closed, and the enduring connections that have been made. We gather in Circle to share our collective wisdom and I would love to see more of you ask questions, offer feedback, and share resources. As you ask for support or offer insights, know that your posts are potentially helping fellow contrarians with their journey toward financial freedom.

• LA Living: April’s LA meet up is happing this Sunday, April 30th and you’re invited! Mike Kao is hosting the monthly social and more details can be found here.
• Next-level Networking: Raquel Rigby hosted a successful virtual networking session from within the Circle platform on Thursday. several members joined to lean more about each other and what members are work on. A couple members were able to get their burning questions answers about deals they’ve closed are about to close. RSVP here to attending this weeks’ session!
• Canada Connection: Damian Kraemer is looking to connect with fellow 🇨🇦 in the Toronto area. If you’d like to connect IRL or have a virtual coffee chat feel free to reach out directly our join the Go Canada channel!

• Pest Control Biz: Kelly Rodgers found a pest control biz at a reasonable sale price. It would be her first deal and she identified the pros and cons in her post. Check out the numbers she shared and the questions she has to help her out!
• Mexico Biz: Elisa Rueda is wondering if anyone our group has acquired or created a business based in Mexico. She’s interested connecting with other US citizens with Mexico-based businesses that service US clientele there, preferably in the tourism space. Click to connect.
