Greg Isenberg shares interesting life advice, in a form of a letter to his younger self. Top picks:

• Be remarkable in the right rooms: Both real life & digital spaces.
• Tune in to the things that matter and that you care deeply about. This could be your work, your relationships, or your hobbies. Tune out the things you can't control or don't matter, such as the news cycle. Focusing on the things that matter to you will help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.
• Spend 1/3 of your time with mentors. People ahead of you. 
  Spend 1/3 of your time with peers. People on your level. Share ideas, offer advice, support them and most importantly — listen.
  Spend 1/3 of your time with people who look up to you. You will learn a lot about yourself and business by helping others walk the path you’ve been on

How To Disagree At Work Without Rubbing People The Wrong Way
Useful tips on how to disagree with others, without coming across as a jerk. Disagreement in teams is healthy, but doing it in a condescending manner is not. Here's how you do it:

1. Understand the context: Listen to understand, not to respond. Ask clarifying questions if necessary.
2. Choose the right time and place: Select an appropriate setting for the conversation, such as a private moment.
3. Communicate respectfully: When expressing your disagreement, use clear and concise language, focusing on the issue rather than attacking the person. If you find saying “I disagree” to be too harsh, you could say "May I offer a different perspective?" or "Have we considered this other point of view?"
4. Seek compromise and collaboration: After sharing your perspective, collaborate to find a solution that takes everyone's input into account. Remember that respectful disagreement can often lead to better outcomes through the synthesis of different ideas.

"We don’t choose between experiences, we choose between memories of experiences." Use the peak-end effect to your advantage to make a lasting impression on customers, and well, anyone in your life. 

Finishing strong helps. My favorite example of the peak-end effect is IKEA's cheap hot dogs and ice-cream right after checkout. It doesn't matter how much you've spent buying random items you didn't actually need, you go back thinking, "IKEA is really cheap".
