Do You Need a Tablet or a Windows 2-in-1 Laptop?

Read in Browser

June 1, 2023

If you’ve been shopping anytime in the past few years, you’ve probably come up against two very similar products and not know which one you should go with: a tablet or a 2-in-1 Windows laptop. After all, a 2-in-1 basically can be a tablet when you fold it up right or remove the detachable keyboard. So why not get that instead of a tablet and have both?

Well, it’s not always so easy a choice. There are things that tablets are better for that 2-in-1 laptops just don’t quite manage as well. But on the other hand, sometimes the 2-in-1 is the better choice. We’ll get into what you should get when in the top story.

Other Highlights:

  • Logitech launched a brand new MX Anywhere 3S mouse, and Sarah went hands-on with it. Literally!
  • Are you still putting a screen protector on your phone? You probably don’t have to.
  • We’ve talked a lot about Plex at Review Geek, but have you ever wondered if the “roll your own Netflix” service is actually legal? We have the answer.
  • … and more!

STUFF WE LIKE This Waterproof Phone Pouch Will Actually Fit Your Phone
This Waterproof Phone Pouch Will Actually Fit Your Phone

Waterproof phone pouches are a must-have summer accessory, but most of them don’t fit the massive smartphones we all use. I recently bought a waterproof phone bag that said it fits the iPhone 13 Pro Max or Galaxy S22 Ultra, but with my case installed, it didn’t work. And I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one.

So, if you’re getting ready for summer adventures by the pool, a vacation, or enjoying the outdoors, here’s a waterproof pouch that’ll actually fit your phone. The Nite Ize RunOff is more of a bag, and it’s big enough for your phone, earbuds, ID, debit card, passport, and cash. You can wear it around your neck or add it to a belt, ensuring your phone stays safe and dry.
