Trump indicted

Former President Donald Trump appears in court for his arraignment on charges related to falsifying business records in a hush money investigation in Manhattan.

No former president has ever been charged with a crime before, much less twice. Donald Trump has been indicted again. But this time, it’s much more serious.

Less than three months ago, Trump was accused of falsifying business records relating to a “hush money” payment. Now, Trump has been indicted on charges of mishandling documents at his Mar-a-Lago home — and his enemies were nothing short of gleeful and vindicated upon hearing the news.

We’re once again in unchartered territory, so we sought to answer some questions you may have:

Will Trump be arrested again? Yes, if you’re criminally charged, you get taken into custody — but don’t expect him to be held in jail before trial.
Will we get any pictures? Probably not. But, hey, we’ll likely get some cool court illustrations.
Will the Secret Service stay with him if he goes to prison? Probably yes. The agents likely wouldn't share a cell with Trump, but they would be nearby.

We’ve also answered whether Trump will get a mugshot, whether he will be handcuffed, and how this is all going to play out.
