ClickBank - Get land for $1 down and $500/month

I found this lot of land for you.

I did it to show you something.

But I'll tell you at the bottom of this email WHAT it is that I'm showing you.

First, here's the land.

It’s from a website that offers land for $1 down and monthly payments as low as $300.

This is called “owner financing” or “rent-to-own”.

There’s no credit checks. No banks. And no realtor fees.

Sure it might not be the exact location that you want but a lot of them are better than what I started with!

If I was starting all over again, I would buy any of these.

Get some glamping rentals up to pay the bills.

Live in a tinyhome or have it for vacations.

Have a couple spots for other tinyhomes for caretakers and a sense of community.

Get their help building a garden and having some chickens.

Maybe host some retreats or farm-to-table dinners.

You're living the dream!

You could even do this from afar.

People who buy real estate buy it all over the place. Most people I know who invest in real estate buy houses a state or province away from them. So it's all doable.

You could get the land, generate an income on it, and retire in 1 year. Spend your days doing whatever you want.

I'm telling you this to show you that this is possible for you. The world is your oyster as they say.

You could get an entry level job and pay for this.

I noticed that people’s biggest issues are:

#1: Not having land

#2: Not having the money to get it or build on it
