What made you decide to create a platform to share your art?

“I created my account to share my passion for digital art and AI technologies. It's a wonderful avenue for self-expression through my artworks, and it also connects me to a community of AI enthusiasts.”

What's your favorite social platform and why?

“Instagram has always been my go-to platform as I've been a user for a long time. I knew what type of content could work there, and I already followed people who were creating AI artworks.”

What's your #1 piece of advice for creators just starting out?

“Although I'm just starting out too, my #1 piece of advice for new creators would be to create artworks that you love and share them. When you share what you love, others can love it too.”

Why do you use Buffer?

I genuinely enjoy the convenience it offers. Being able to plan out all my posts for the week across different social media platforms is such a game-changer. It significantly reduces my workload and allows me to focus more on creating!

🤖 A prompt for generating quick-fire Instagram captions

Use this prompt to guide Buffer's AI Assistant by providing detailed context about your Instagram posts to get tailored captions that resonate with your specified content, theme, and audience.

The Prompt

Generate {Number of Captions} Instagram captions for a {Content Type} post related to {Topic}.

• Content Type: "Describe the kind of content you are sharing. Is it a photo, video, carousel, or something else? Please elaborate on the mood, style, and any specific elements present."
• Topic: "Enter the central theme or topic of your content. Are there any keywords or phrases you would like included in the caption?"
• Tone: "Specify the tone (e.g., serious, humorous, inspirational, etc.)"

Video repurposing hot tip ♻️

 

Normally, when you download your videos directly from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to post elsewhere, they have a watermark on them. Not ideal — the algorithms can detect this and it may hinder your reach.

Luckily, there are plenty of websites out there that you can use to download your videos (from any platform) without the watermark! Just do a simple Google search of “download [platform name] video without watermark” and you’ll see lots of options. TikTok also added a feature that lets you download your videos while you’re still in editing mode in the app.

For Buffer’s socials, I generally start on TikTok to create videos and then repost them on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

📣 What's happening in social?

Both Meta and TikTok are trialling a subscription option — $14 monthly fee for ad-free Instagram or Facebook, and $4.99 for ad-free TikTok. Meanwhile, Facebook is testing a new notifications feed, Threads is calling on creators in an attempt to reignite user interest, Instagram is testing a new ‘Content Funding’ feature for Reels, and X wants you to stop sharing links in your tweets posts, thanks.
