Rory from AutoTrader got to drive the Model S Plaid with the $20,000 track package. In the words of the author, this is a game-changer, making the track experience with the S better than other EVs like the Taycan and the e-Tron GT.

Official Tesla API
Tesla just published their first official documentation about their API, opening the door for 3rd party apps to register directly with Tesla. This will also allow for better protection for us users, where we should know in the future which apps have access to our car, and hopefully which information they are gathering and how often.

MotorTrend got their hands on a Model 3 Highland. The car retained its battery and motors but showcased exterior changes, tighter panel gaps improving aerodynamics, and enhanced aesthetic appeal. Interior modifications include replacing the former "wood" trim with textured cloth, introducing touch-sensitive buttons on the steering wheel, and remodeling of the rear seats for better comfort. Despite retaining the same motors, the 2024 model offers a quieter ride, significantly reducing road, tire, and wind noise for a luxurious driving experience. Nice video released by Tesla of FSD v11.4.7 in Austin. In this version, the nag is off, although cabin monitoring is on. What a difference it makes not having to touch the steering wheel every few seconds.
