A theme particularly prevalent in pop culture today. The recent devastating wildfire that raged through Lahaina in Hawaii – which killed at least 99 people and destroyed more than 80% of the town – is documented via this interactive feature from the New York Times, which uses video evidence, data, and interviews to reconstruct the events of August 8th.
