OpenAI, Welcome To Arizona State University
A couple of days ago, I saw the news that OpenAI has partnered with their first university. I was thrilled to find out that this university is my alma mater, Arizona State University. ASU is getting full access to the ChatGPT enterprise plan, across every single department. People often joke that ASU is a party school still, but if they were paying attention, they may find that Michael Crow (ASU’s President) has completely transformed the school into a research juggernaut. A juggernaut that has attracted the now founders of AirGarage, Mixpanel, Rosotics…and apparently Sam Altman and the OpenAI team too. Thanks for reading Mat's Newsletter!
