• The Apple Vision VR headset was released for pre-orders on Friday, and all of the units sold out (~80,000 units).
• MANG (Microsoft, Amazon, Nvidia, Google) are now the biggest VCs in town, although much of it is financed in compute credits.
• Meta/Facebook is going all in on AI and their Llama 3 model, reportedly purchasing 600,000 H100s to train it on (~$20B in value).
• The Supreme Court denied both sides’ appeals of the Epic v. Apple antitrust case, letting developers use outside payment links in the Apple ecosystem. However it seems like a heavy tax will be placed on using outside payment methods, making this a moot victory. 
• Although FICO is a data monopoly in the consumer finance category, there are some cracks showing.
• Deep dive into creating a sales commission plan, very helpful once founders are thinking through moving beyond founder led sales. 
• Tips on running a demo, applicable to both sales pitches and investment pitches.
