Yes, this is a school worksheet of mine from the 1990s. (Yes, I’m going somewhere work related with this.) I used to believe that anyone was capable of anything, but now I know that anyone can adjust towards what they really, really want. And that anyone will react to the systems & structure around them. And those aren’t the same thing. People can and will change their behavior. But they won’t be managed into changing their motivations or their interests. This is why managing to strengths and gamification can be so effective instead of criticism. (Ps - Nope. Still not an athlete.)
