1. "I'll be more rested, more motivated and more productive. Productivity has increased in all 4 day week studies e.g. Microsoft Japan's pilot, UK pilot with 60 companies etc. Output doesn't drop, humans naturally work faster when less time is available." (you could refer to Parkinson's Law)
2. "Four day week employees are less likely to switch companies - they stay for longer"
3. "Employees who work less hours are are off sick less." (companies "claw" back some time here)
4. "A 4 day week means more time for lateral thinking and problem-solving. As the saying goes 'creativity needs space'."
5. "It's better for the environment. Reducing working time by 1% has been shown to reduce greenhouse emissions by 0.8% e.g. less travel, consumption etc"
