3 things we learned from Dimond:

1. Emails only convert if you have good leads coming through. 
2. Avoid unsubscribes by offering a “snooze button” so people can temporarily opt out of your emails for 2-4 weeks. 
3. If subscribers aren’t engaging, ask them, “why not?”
