This week I’m stealing a tip that Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri shared the other day!

@mosseri shared on Threads that follower counts are not as important as you may think - and that you should be focusing more on your views and likes.

This all ties in to how important it is to focus on your audience and build a community. Even if you have a small follower count, if everyone who follows you is engaging with your content, you’ll see growth!
