Others are moving on from the horrors in Gaza. The Intercept refuses.

In the initial weeks of Israel’s war on Gaza, the world’s conscience was awakened by horrific images of civilian suffering and death.

Overnight, The Intercept’s traffic skyrocketed. A sudden influx of reader donations enabled us to invest in reporting that exposes the lies of Benjamin Netanyahu’s government and the Israel Defense Forces, and challenges the bipartisan pro-Israel consensus in the United States.

Sadly, as the war drags on, fatigue is setting in. TV news coverage and internet searches about Gaza have both plummeted. Even with more than 30,000 Palestinians killed, too many people — including plenty of journalists — are moving on to other subjects.

The Intercept has never shied away from reporting on Israeli human rights violations, and we’re not about to start now.
