4 Day Week - 47 Jobs with a 4 Day Week 🚀

Before we get to the jobs...

I've been making changes to help me work faster 🏃‍♂️

Here's what's helped:

1. Ultra Wide Monitor: Yes, it was an investment, but my 49" monitor definitely helps me work faster by showing several windows at once i.e. less time spent switching.

2. 80/20 Rule: I've been ruthlessly working on the 20%, that gets 80% of the desired outcome (i.e. avoiding perfectionism)
3. Parkinson's Law and Pomodoro: I time track & work in 30min "sprints" p.s. Rize has been great for this
4. Using what works: Sticking with the tools I know well, instead of using the "next big thing".
5. Outsourcing: If a task is repetitive and "outsourceable" - I outsource it e.g. using Upwork
6. Automation: I've now created 13 Zapier automations to make my life easier (mostly moving data around + email notifications)
7. Productivity Software: tools like Superhuman and Raycast mean I don't use my mouse much anymore... Every task is just a few key strokes away (highly recommended)
8. AI / Custom GPTs: I've now created 6 custom GPTs. These help me with common tasks I do e.g. reviewing blog posts.
9. Not reinventing the wheel: when coding, I've been using things like TailwindUI and FusionAuth (login + registration in a box) to speedup development
