Docusign to acquire Lexion for $165M in exit for Seattle-based AI contract management company

BREAKING NEWS

Docusign on Monday announced an agreement to acquire Lexion for $165 million. The deal looks to be a successful exit for Lexion, which got its start in 2018 after co-founders Gaurav Oberoi (above, at the GeekWire Summit last year), Emad Elwany, and James Baird met at the Allen Institute for AI in Seattle.
