So I’m still exploring options while also exploring what it could look like to keep running this thing myself.

You can rent…ANYTHING. I really mean anything (see below).

For example, a weirdo company entered my inbox last week. I can’t stop thinking about them.

Here’s what they shared:

Meet Sniffspot, a platform that enables anyone to rent their backyards out by the hour, creating a safe and private dog park. Many homeowners are earning up $3000 per month (the average booking is around $9-15/hour), and do not even need to be home to accept guests. Example: Kyle’s Private Ranch and Lake Dog Park in Southern California  - has earned $40,000 since late spring 2023 and had a $7000 a month! He has had marriage proposals, many trainers and rescue dogs utlizie the space and even final visits before doggie’s needed to cross the rainbow bridge :( at his Sniffspot.

Who knew this was a thing? An odd thing but a way to make money thing.
