I’ve tinkered with AI (and made amazing pancakes because of it).

But Dan really shifted my thinking on AI by challenging me to think like a manager.

After all, what would I do if I assigned a new employee a task and they didn’t complete it to my standard?

I wouldn’t fire them — I’d adjust my management style.
